Sharing her life with him means sharing it all, including the fact that she's homeless. A rich guy like Klay wouldn't understand. He could never marry a girl with this kind of status and she could never live up to that. Especially when his parents are standing in her way.
**This book is part of a series, but is a stand-alone novel.**
**Recommended for ages 18+ due to graphic language, sexual content, and mature subject matter.**
I just finish reading this book, and I love it I really did not want to finish reading it. I love the characters, and love how the book turn out to be, I am gone keep this short since I don't want to give anything away. This is Caroline POV, I haven't read Klay POV yet.
Caroline has being homeless ever since she was old enough to know what it meant. All Caroline wanted was a real home, a place that is warm and that she feel save enough to sleep, when she talks to Maureen she tell her to get an ID and to find a job, then Maureen tell her that she could stay with her, but Caroline refuse to it and continue to stay under the stairs, after that she goes an apply for a job, she end up an lie and end up landing a job for Klay, now Klay is attracted to Caroline right away, Klay is domineering but at the same time his a sweetie, he ends up falling completely for Caroline when she stand up to his father, when Caroline end up with the job she was not expecting to find the man of her dreams, during the time that Klay and Caroline spend together, they fall more for each other.
I love the way that Klay and Caroline are with each other, love the way that Klay is with Caroline, love it how he don't care where she came from, or where she leave, he just love her for who she is, I love the way that Caroline is with Klay and how she open up to him.
