HOLY SMOKING HOT, I just finish reading this book and I love it, I have to say I love the first book, but this one I love it even more, this book had me mad most of the time, but I love it from the first page to the last, their is so much going on in this book that's not even funny, I love the characters and love the way the way this book turn out to be. I am gone tried to keep this short since I don't want to give anything away. This is Daisy and Preacher story.
The story begging with a young Garret (A.K.A.) Preacher, he just got home from work when he find his sister kneeling, she has being punish, Preacher father is a Preacher but he is always twisting the words around, when he gets to his room he find his dad seating down, listening to music that he was not aloud to listen, that's when his father turn on him and started beating him, that's when his sister Tabby walk into the room, and he lose it on her that was the day that Preacher turn on his father, and gave him a taste of his own medicine, that's the day that he met Kidd.
Now two years later his out of prison, and join the Renegade Sons MC, and Kidd made him into a brother, on the day that they made him official to the club, Maker was suppose to pick up his daughter Daisy, now young Daisy works on a diner and goes to school, when she got off from work and see that her dad did not show up, she decide to walk home into she got into some trouble, that was the night that she Preacher, she knew that her life was gone change for ever and it did, at her eighteen birthday she found out something that Preacher did, and broke her heart that's when she decide to leave with her father, now three years later she is back, and she see that Preacher is not the same, would they work it out, would preach prove to her that he has change.
I have to say that Preacher got me mad most of the time, for all the freaking mistake that he kept making, I love Daisy attitude love it how she wouldn't put up with his crap, I started to love Preacher when he started to change and man up and get his woman, I love how this two characters are with each other, and the SEX SCENE are just plain HOT.
I really love and enjoy reading this book, Author Emily Minton THANK YOU for this AWESOME SERIES I AM LOVING IT, AND FOR THIS AMAZING CHARACTERS. Now I am ready to for Tabby and Timber story. cant wait.
“Can you do me a favor, brother?”
Timber lifts his chin. “What’cha need?”
Lifting a nearly empty bottle of beer, Maker motions for the prospect to bring him another. “I was supposed to pick up Little Flower, but I’m too drunk to have her on my bike. Can you run down to the diner and take her home?”
“If you knew you had to pick up your daughter, why the hell have you been drinking?”
He shrugs. “I didn’t mean to get drunk, but it just happened.”
“If you for once put the beer down, it wouldn’t just happen,” Timber mumbles under his breath before looking toward me. “You wanna take a ride?”
Nodding, I stand up and follow him outside. “I didn’t know Maker had a kid.”
“He’s got a daughter, and she’s probably the prettiest little thing you’ve ever seen. His bitch of a wife keeps her away from the club, so she’s not around much. ”
“Lula’s always here. Why doesn’t she let the girl come around?”
He slides onto his bike before answering me. “Lula likes to be the center of attention. When her daughter’s around, she’s nothing but a shadow.”
I climb onto my bike, wondering what is so special about this kid.
